My focus is mindful therapeutic yoga, which takes into account the whole person, with a goal of enhancing health and balance. I pull from my studies of alignment, anatomy and biomechanics, somatics, self-massage, yoga philosophy, neuroscience, and more. I also have a longstanding practice of Mindfulness Meditation, which is a big influence in how I approach my classes and private yoga sessions.
I also share my knowledge and passion by leading yoga teacher trainings on anatomy, yoga therapy, and Yin Yoga for aspiring and current yoga teachers in the San Gabriel Valley and beyond.
